Cars 'FOR SALE' in Herford Road N9 short stay parking lanes

Cars with "FOR SALE" notices are being left for days if not weeks in the short stay parking lane in Hertford Road N9 near the Podiatrist and possibly elsewhere along the Hertford Rd N9. This problem of cars "FOR SALE" in the short stay parking lanes along the Hertford Rd N9 was reported in July 2021 and is an on-going problem. They should be fined and/or removed as they are illegally using the parking lanes and preventing patients and shoppers from parking, as if clients and businesses are not having enough problems.
