Tarmac disintegrated on utilities cover

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5682991.

The tarmac that was laid on the 5th March to cover/fill the sinking utilities cover has disintegrated already (7th March) and the sunken cover has been exposed. As well as the sunken utilities cover there are now chunks of tarmac strewn across the road to try and avoid.
