General potholes.

When your people find a pothole and mark it with white paint could they make the marking more clearer ,so us motorists can see them better and avoid the hole ,could you mark them in the shape of a lollipop a circle with a line say 1meter long back along the carriageway so it can be seen a second or so earlier and evasive action can be taken in a safer manner. Please consider this idea it has very little cost to you and save motorists expensive repairs.
