This issue has not been addressed......the drain is still completely blocked save for a few superficial & small holes that someone has attempted to make. The majority of water continues to run over the blockage

Sorry this is taking a while to fix, the gully grate was stuck closed , it has now been freed and the contractors will return and clean the gully as soon it can be arranged.
