A week without light
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5675194.
Elmfield Avenue, Elmfield Road, and probably a couple more streets have been without any light for a week now. It's properly dark, and with the bad state of the roads and pavements, it's really dangerous and also scary, as it's pitch black.
