Bollard removed

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5673577.

The middle temporary bollard has been removed leaving the large hole in the ground in the the middle of the footpath. There is very minimal lighting around here and someone can quite easily put a foot in the large hole and cause serous harm to themselves.
