Badly deep flooded corner

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5671239.

From Westbourne driving on foxbury lane to common road just past cemetery lane or road on a blind corner the road is badly flooded and now extended to both lanes , there are potholes under the water, I reported this a while ago and all the council have done is put a flood sign up, the drains need cleaning out regularly of silt and leaves, a sign may cover them fir insurance but won’t sort the issue out.
