Lights from reading town centre direction only letting 4 cars through

Lights at Sportsman pub only letting 4 cars from town centre direction through. From Wlm Road 16 cars are getting through. This is a frequent occupancy happening monthly and traffic building all the way back to Cressingham Road

Lights for traffic coming from town centre only green for 4 seconds and red for well over a minute ... only letting 2 cars through at a time. The other 2 dircetions clearly have at least half a minute each on green .... this is totally ridiculous!
