Parking on pavement and double yellow lines

Sent to Hull City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5664019.

This grey VW GL18 CVZ 3 march 14:35 was parked on the pavement and double yellow lines,obstructing the pavement to pedestrians and walkers also obstructing wheelchair access and preventing pram users accessing the pavement,causing them to walk on the road …
