More than potholes

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category by Cllr Anthony Hart at 22:45, Sunday 3 March 2024

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5663075.

This is in addition to the two other reports of potholes at this location. It concerns a short (50mtr approx) section of carriage way, opposite 3 cottages on Cold Ashby Road. There are a number of potholes but more significantly the edge of the road appears to have been totally destroyed. The clearer of the two photos shoes the edge of the road being just mud plus it's possible to make out that there's a drain recessed into the verge, with the churned up mud between the drain and the remaining tarmac.
