Updates

  • I would like to support the above comments with photos...

LBC must act in the interest of pubic safety, Buses cannot pass through, wheelchair and pushchair users have trouble using the footpaths.

I have attached some photos from the weekend, it is terrible, dangerous and a real hazzard. The same problem every evening or daytime . Especially weekends , I urge the council to take serious action.

  • The problem here is constant.

The area needs a constant presence.

It would prove a lucrative investment for the Council.

  • The council need to take action on the issues of dangerous parking. The area needs to be a red route and constant traffic warden control.

Crossing the road from behind parked cars/ trucks is dangerous.

I urge LBCC to take action, before someone reports the issue to the local newspapers.

  • I have attempted to drive the length of Biscot Road today and encountered 42 illegally parked vehicles.

Luton needs money..... Let's throw our traffic enforcement officers at the problem.

  • Having read all the comments, I fail to see how LBC is not taking action againsst the illegaly prked cars. It is obvious the council is not bothered or do not need the money, The matter must be brought to the attention the local newspaper. LBC are waiting for a serious accident or death before action.

  • The Council obviously has no interest in upsetting the local community. Nothing has changed.

I drive this route 4 times a week and not once have I seen a traffic warden.

  • Having read the last comment, I am disgusted that LBC are not bothered. I would have thought the council need the extra revenue, obviously not the case. This should be reported to the local newspaper as well as the local ward councillors should be named and shamed. They are a disgrace to the community and position. The area looks like a third world country. Surrounding roads overflowing with cars and vans. What a S*** Hole. Pardon my language. Shame on LBC
