Very deep pothole

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5658004.

A very deep pothole, unavoidable due to it's position having to move out to oncoming traffic on the other side of the road. Other areas around the pothole are starting to break up. This has been patched multiple times, it might be advisable to fix it properly this time by cutting it out not just chucking tarmac in the hole and hoping it will stay there.
