Hedges obstructing the public footway by 2-3 feet

No 12, 14, 16, and 18 Pretoria Road have hedges which narrow and obstruct the public footway by 2-3 feet and cause a restriction on the footway especially when the morning schoolchildren are making their way to school.

This has been like this for more than 18 months now.
