It has been for ages now

Drove past that today and had to swerve to left to miss it- If this damages my car, Ill sue the council because they have been made aware of it, plus its been there for weeks. And all I need to do to prove it show them this web page, and my insert

More people should do this so they take notice and it will help all of us
