Open bins on highway rubbish spreading to forest
Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5656566.
These bins are left next to the road permanently, One has a lid missing. Rubbish is now blowing from the bins and spreading down the road and into the forest. There is enough room for the bins to be kept secured on their own property. Cerco say it is not their problem, this should be dealt with as flytipping
