Parking on double yellows

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5656323.

Two vehicles persistently parks on double yellows. This usually blocks the pavement to get on to the road. Which means I have to walk on the grass with my baby who isn’t fully steady on his feet. This also blocks a pathway for elderly down the street.
