Rubbish from ASB

Sent to Tower Hamlets less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 565344.

The usual complaint, rubbish has been building up over the last 3 weeks from moronic youths who use this area for ASB. Plenty of take away boxes, plastic bottles and even some broken alcohol bottles. As of 11am on the 6/1/2015 this was still not clean.
