Parking on pavement and double yellow lines

This black BMW X7HGL 29 February 21:47 till fri1 march 05:28 continues to park his vehicle on the pavement and double yellow lines obstructing the pedestrian pathway all night

  • Not fixed replaced now by a white Mercedes MR13 THA 28 march 22:32 ,same address as the black BMW X7 HGL ,but just swapped cars parking on the pavement and double yellow lines ,showing contempt to the regulations regarding parking on pavement and double yellow lines on Moorhouse Road,most likely they thought putting a different vehicle on the pavement would not be noticed,but still obstructing the pavement and access to pedestrians,visually impaired,wheelchairs and pedestrians with prams ,clearly if this resident has had a letter explaining the situation they are clearly ignoring the advice in said letter …
