Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5650078.

There is a school on this road called Beechwood Primary School. The parents park on the zig zag lines, on double yellow lines, on the pavements. No one can get through as they are parked completely in the way, it took me 25 minutes to move about 10 metres as no one can get past their illegally parked cars at school run times.
