Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5646406.

High volume of cars parking on football match days. Narrow road very difficult to pass with two way traffic and excessive number of cars. Pavements blocked by the cars. Lots of cars bumped up on grass ruining it.

Ongoing issue and parking fines have been used in past.
