Protyre Parking Bays overlap Footpath
Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 16:44, Wednesday 28 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5645571.
The footpath (white painted lines) across the forecourt of Thames Valley Hire and ProTyre is being obstructed by parked vehicles due to ProTyre having recently remarked out their parking bays, including one that overlaps the footpath. This means, if cars are parked there, as in the photo, pedestrians have to step out into the road at this point. The overlapping bay needs removing and the footpath needs to be remarked to make it clear.

A member of the public phoned about this today - can this be looked at as soon as possible? It is dangerous for pedestrians.

I would like to echo these problems. Leaving Snakes and Ladders with a pram is dangerous as you have to go into the road.
