Deliberate trip hazard placed across right of way. This across the foot right of way / footpath leading from 'Greenway' to the village, between Dove Cottage and Jubilee Cottage and at the back of Globe House a string/cord/rope has been screwed to the concrete at what I believe has been placed there as a deliberate trip hazard. Possible to stop people using it. I have knowledge of this happening before elsewhere but at head height. I am therefore very concerned this may escalated.
