The public footpath outside our house is breaking up and causing my wheelchair to get stuck. . it is where the footpath abuts the paving. thank you

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - There are currently no defects that meet our investigatory criteria for repair. These levels have been agreed with North Northamptonshire Council. We will continue to monitor the defect via our routine highway safety inspections. Please note that the slabs at this location are not adopted highway and would be the responsibility of home owner to repair.
