Black B M W ,X7 H G L ,27 February 18:02 parking on pavement all night to 28 February 05:38 Owners address 32 Moorhouse road,this and the white Mercedes MR13 THA ,are regularly parking on the pavement blocking access to pedestrians and wheelchair users trying to access the pavement…
