Temp lights causing issues

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5642477.

The lights are positioned so badly that it does not allow traffic to pass if someone is waiting the other side of the road. There also is no purpose for them as since installed there has been nobody working there. They are on a completely different road. Please check. Thank you.
