Faulty speed camera ?

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5641598.

Hi - I noticed on way home along Sandy Lane, Hampton Wick that the speed camera was flashing a lot of times - it flashed at least the 2 vehicles ahead of me, possible me, and then one behind. I was definitely going at less than the speed limit (I was at 17 miles an hour) and the other cars did not seem to be going above either. Can it be at fault / out of calibration or was it flashing randomly ?
