Flooding on blind bend

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5641448.

This area keeps getting flooded on a blind bend,it’s deep and traffic heading towards Westbourne have to navigate it by travelling on the opposite lane, this is dangerous as traffic coming from westbourne can’t see them, this needs looking at urgently and NOT just putting a flood sign nr it.someone could get seriously injured

Every time it rains this road floods, it's not good enough to just putting a sign up when someone could have a serious accident on the blind bend, Shane on you for not sorting this after all this time.
