Second instance of wood chippings being dumped at end of Rowton Road

Reported via mobile in the Fly Tipping category anonymously at 17:29, Tuesday 27 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Royal Borough of Greenwich less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5640443.

Yesterday, for the second instance, a large pile of wood chippings has been dumped at the top of Rowton Road. The previous instance was also reported and marked as fixed by the Council when it was not.

This instance it was observed that the person(s) dumping the wood chippings were doing so in a Council vehicle!

As seen in the pictures, this is blocking the public footpath and in part the road, which will as before force pedestrians, including those with pushchairs, to have to go into the road.
