Flooding across road

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5640137.

There is still flooding across the entire carriageway which freezes when the temperature falls. I have seen 3 accidents there where cars have hit the ice and left the road in the last 2 months. You've said before, it's run off from the fields, but it was continually flooding all last summer, so think the drainage needs sorting out.
