Overnewton Square covered in dog poo

The grassy park area at Overnewton Square is always covered in many dog poos, which is very difficult to avoid stepping in when my own dog is sniffing around. This green space is used by many people as there is a play park and picnic benches. Volunteers do their best to keep the green space looking nice and it's not their responsibility to clean up after irresponsible dog owners. I've even seen dog poo within the enclosed childrens play park on 2 separate occasions
