Barrier to resident car park area broken/damaged

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5638538.

Wooden barrier broken vandalised, just looks untidy needs replacing fixing. Been damaged since summer last year.
