Rubbish is being stack out side the bistro and doesn't get dealt with. There is old cooking oil, plastic food trays, black bin bags and beer kegs. Often the telephone box and cycle bays has waste put in it too. It makes it difficult for prams/push chairs and wheelchairs to pass by.
