Large pot hole

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5635412.

This is a huge pot hole, just on the slip road as you gain speed to join the a40.. this has been a failed repair at least 2/3 times now.. and again is becoming huge again.. the length of the pot hole is now almost 1 meter in length if not more and very deep
