White Mercedes,MR13 THA ,26 February 13:16 Was completely parked on pavement alongside double yellow lines,obstructing the walkway for pedestrians or wheelchairs users and pedestrians with prams ,having to walk on the road to get passed this vehicle…

  • This is till occurring down Moorhouse Road hu55pp,vehicles parked on the pavement and double yellow lines,obstructing the pavement to the visually impaired,pedestrians wheelchair access and prams.. the transit van was again parked on the double yellow lines Monday 25 march .10:00 am ,PJ65 DME .
