  • Stonelea Road Sywell - your team came to site 28th or 29th March - did two potholes - left rest (at leastr five plus the junction with main road) which were all still marked - why send whole work team and do half job? Bad planning even if on two work tickets?

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Some defects were classified as a higher priority and had to be completed sooner for safety reasons. We have to prioritise the whole county on safety so sometimes we cannot complete all defects at once. We have to ensure our limited resource is disrupted on the safety concerns first and foremost. We hope this has helped to explain things and further defects will be completed on or before 2 September 2024.
