Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5630115.

The steps on this pathway has recently been completely by RCT but disappointed to see the vast amount of litter that was still there. Please can a team tidy up this area and provide litter bins to help to keep this area clean. Thanks
