Pothole repair has failed

The recent pothole temporary repair has already failed. It has not been fixed despite being marked as so.

12" wide and 6" deep

If you can't find it is 1-2 properties north of Hollyfields.

Forces traffic onto middle of road to avoid damage to vehicles.
