Yet more rubbish dumped

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 11:26, Saturday 24 February 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5624199.

Can't get past on the pavement if there is a car parked on the pavement as well, which there often is! Bad enough for just pedestrians but if wheelchairs or mobility scooter needs to pass it's almost impossible!
