Does there need to be a serious injury before action is taken?

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5623824.

Still the No Entry sign has not been reinstated at the bottom of Bridge Street. Vehicle came up the wrong way again as I was crossing! Driver made apologetic gesture but he probably believed it was not a one way street. Please do something urgently and make it clear to drivers that there is no entry up Bridge Street from Royate!
