Citroen van YT09 YPP 23 February 23:06 parked his van across the road facing the houses delivering his takeout to house obstructing vehicles trying to drive down road ..

  • No these vehicles are still driving the wrong way down the one way system causing vehicles to stop to let the fools get by ignoring the one way system till eventually there’s an accident and police do something…..
