High road sign needed up on post no one can see the low ones on fence if a car has parked by opening

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5622910.

My sister Dianne manton lives at no.5 sundial close and because it’s a new build development no one can find it! I believe a higher up road sign may help because if cars are parked near to opening sign is obscured.
