The series of potholes and the generally very uneven surface in the road outside Roan House are causing the whole building to shake alarmingly whenever heavy vehicles drive through the holes...this will result in major structural damage to the building if it isn't rectified soon. This will be much more expensive for the Council to fix than the cost of sorting the road surface
