Traffic causes rush hour chaos

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5620637.

During morning and evening rush hours, traffic regularly backs up along this stretch causing gridlock. Drivers go as fast as they can ignoring the 20mph limit and cram into any available space in between and next to parked cars. Wing mirrors are knocked off, cars are scraped - and drivers express their frustration with yelling, swearing and sounding horns. All which is incredibly unpleasant for local residents.
