This vehicle parked on pavement,double yellow lines,yet clearly there was ample places to park legally on opposite side of the road ,but yet he still chose to obstruct the pavement PO70LKM ,10:52.

    No this is still occurring down Moorhouse Road regularly ignoring the double yellow lines and parking on the pavement,causing obstruction to the visually impaired pedestrians wheelchair users and pedestrians with prams having to navigate the road to access the pavement…

    Still happening this from 16 may 22:17 black BMW LF 05 ULW parked on double yellow lines and we’d 15 may 22:25 sat may 13 :09 ,5 may 12:47 ,4 may 11:39 ,3 may 21:34 ,28 April 21:44 27 April 21:54 ,19 April 20:52 same BLACK BM W ,No intention of not parking correctly clearly believes he’s entitled to park on double yellow lines as nothing has stopped him or deterred him
