Flooding of walkways and drains

This is a nightmare when it rains I have contacted wessex water who have told us residents that this is a bcc problem. We have elderly people as well as families living here who can't access thier vehicles when it rains without getting soaking wet feet. Bringing shopping in or putting bcc council bins out is difficult when it rains. The bin men find it tricky when they call on a Tuesday morning to empty the bins also. Number 69 can't even get into thier house as the water rises to thier gate. It needs sorting. The drains have been cleared in the past so maybe there is an issue further down the pipes? Please sort this problem ASAP. This is on mile walk rear entrance off of Phillips Close (by the garages) I've lived here 11 years and it's on going. Thank you
