Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5618297.

Parking in turning circle (against manual for Streets section 7.10.2 guidance).

Causes issues with vehicles turning. Restricts access for emergency vehicles. Block access from and to driveways.

Parking restrictions needed. If yellow lines cannot be afforded, street furniture (planter) in line with trafficchoices.co.uk recommendations would provide benefit.
