  • I have also hit this pothole on my way to work, was losing pressure from the front passengers side tyre, pumped it up when I got to work, and it seemed fine, but driving home, pressure was lost again so need to get a new one, hopefully the wheel itself is fine

    My tyre was damaged beyond repair. I had to be recovered by AA and car taken to garage the following day. I notified the police as the pothole was so deep and dangerous. They confirmed they were aware and were waiting for the council to respond.
