Park Lane/Devil's Highway impassable, flooded, rutted, flytipped

The byway Park Lane/Devils Highway, north of Stratfield Saye and south of Mortimer is impassable due to flooding and by ruts caused by motor vehicles. There is extensive flytipping, including vans/small lorries in various states of decomposition, tyres, and appliances.
