Manhole Cover Issue
Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5616562.
The square "manhole" is very low and makes an enormous noise as vehicles drive over. I wonder that the frame seems "sunk" lower than it should be causing a safety issue with large vehicles driving over.
It's on the a59, on side nearest the mcdonald's/kfc, between these two businesses.
