Every time we have heavy rain, this stretch of road floods and, of late, more than ever. The bin men and delivery people are struggling to get through it. They can’t see what they are walking on and may get injured. When it’s like this I can’t walk out of my property or even to the gate without being drenched by a passing car. Please come and fix it.
